Cancellation and Replacement Policy
Byteforce IT Solutions L.L.C, we under stands that sometime the plans change. We provide out best cancellation and replacement policy as given below: –
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Time Limit
You may cancel the project within 7 days. For urgent or short-term projects, cancellations must be made before or at the same day. Cancellation requests made according to project time duration, or after this 7-day period will not be accepted.
Cancellation Request:
To cancel a project, please inform BYTEFORCE IT SOLUTIONS L.L.C as soon as possible within the 7-day period or for urgent or short-term projects, cancellations request must be made before or at the time of delivery. Requests should be submitted in writing to info@byteforceitsolutions.com.
Work Completed Deduction:
If you cancel the project within the 7-day period, the amount refunded will be adjusted based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation or if the project duration is short or completed within a day, and the work is completed, so it will be no refund chances. The maximum amount deductible will reflect the progress made on the project.
Post-7-Day Cancellation:
Cancellation requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted, and the project will proceed as scheduled. Once the project has matured or is in
its final stages, cancellations are not possible.
Refund policy:
Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment. Please allow 10-45 days for the refund to be completed after the cancellation request is processed. We will also provide this payment return back with a complete company policy and accordance the other government rules and laws.

Replacement policy
Replacements are permitted only if the project have some errors and are not according to the information and structure provided by the customer.
Byteforce IT Solutions L.L.C, the replacement request will only accept within 7 days, after project has been delivered or for urgent or short-term projects, replacement request may or may not be replaced.
To process a replacement request, customer must provide the detailed explanation of the issues incurred in the project.
After receiving the request, the team will review the project within a time or 7 working days.
If the request is validated the new date of delivery will be provided after seeing the errors in it.
Project delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon scope and specifications will not be replaced.
